At Your Healthy Heart Life, we are committed to helping you achieve a healthier lifestyle and optimal heart health. With our expert guidance, you can establish healthy habits, set up preventative health measures, adopt a personalized nutrition plan, or work on any aspect of your life you would like addressed. Our registered nurse, Kimberly Shaffer, is a board certified health and wellness nurse coach, with over 30 years of clinical experience in cardiac care. Our goal is to guide you to achieve your heart healthy goals as you journey towards longevity vibrant, strong, and joyful!
